Tell us a bit about yourself.
I’m a part-time AV engineer who has worked with Session for almost 15 years. In this time my duties have ranged from lighting, sound, PR, maintenance, counsellor, manager, driver, the full works!
Who are your biggest musical influences?
AC/DC, Whitesnake, Black Crowes, Rival Sons.
Funniest/craziest Session moment?
Cheesy chips and the van windscreen, you’ll have to ask Cam and Ceri!
What made you decide to join Session?
They sounded great but were missing something, that’s when I offered my services.
What is your favourite thing about being in Session?
The laughs and professionalism at the same time.
What is your proudest musical accomplishment?
Playing the triangle for one of their songs (I’m not joking!)
What is your biggest fear?
Going into the toilet after Cam.
What motivates you to work hard?
Seeing the smiles on all the guests faces.
What is your favourite book to read?
I haven’t got time to read books!
What did you want to be when you were small?
Professional darts player, years of living in a pub might have had something to do with it!
If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?
Work in Gotham Garage with Constance Nunes.
What would you sing at karaoke?
Highway to Hell by AC/DC (it’s my funeral song)
What music or radio station do you listen to in the car the most?
Absolute Rock.
Have you ever had a nickname? What is it?
Bosley, OB1.
How would the rest of the band describe you?
Good for a laugh and good at the BBS (Beesley B******t…) when needed!
What’s your life motto?
Don’t let anything get in the way, keep smiling, you’ll always come out the other side!
