Session are a sought after wedding and function band based in Cardiff, South Wales, UK.
They have been performing together for over 8 years. In this time they have performed at a large number of events, including private and corporate receptions, weddings and pleasure cruises.
Session’s live performances are always extremely energetic and passionate, with the utmost importance given to the audiences’ enjoyment. Session play a wide range of material to cater for all types of occasion. Whether it be a wedding, a corporate event, a birthday party or a rugby club, Session are capable of adjusting their set to accommodate all ages and musical tastes.
We are very experienced at choosing appropriate set-lists, but if you prefer, you can make a personal choice of songs to be played for your special occasion. You can also choose from a selection of popular first dances and be absolutely sure that guests of all ages will be up dancing and singing all night!

There are a number of packages and options available to the customer. A very popular combination for weddings and private functions is to book Session for the live band and disco, hence reducing costs and improving efficiency during the evening.

Session are incredibly flexible with all aspects of their show. No gig is too big or too far away. We are very adaptable to a range of room types and always adjust volume levels to suit your requirements. For bigger venues (500 person +) we are able to expand our PA system to cater for even the largest of functions. PA hire for wedding and event speeches is also available.
Thanks to our sponsors, Express-Post, Session have use of a brand new Ford Transit van. This allows for an efficient and unobtrusive arrival and departure from your venue.
Accompanying Session on the night is an impressive and professional lighting rig, along with lighting and sound engineers who ensure the band always look and sound great!
